Where molded parts become a finished, tested, retail-packed mount or holder with records behind it.
Assembly is designed, not improvised. Work instructions, fixtures and in-process control points are defined before the line is set up, and they are what make quality repeatable across shifts and across two countries.
For mounts and holders, the tests that matter are mostly mechanical and repetitive: clamp force after thousands of cycles, ball joint retention, adhesive and suction performance after temperature cycling, finish durability on the surfaces a user touches daily. A part that passes on day one and loosens by week three is the failure mode this stage exists to catch.
We run five assembly lines with ultrasonic and high-frequency welding, pad printing and laser marking, and we test in our own laboratory — environmental, reliability, material and dimensional. Where certification requires an accredited third-party laboratory, we coordinate that work rather than handing it back to you.
Retail packing is part of the same line. We have run production under Walmart and Costco programs, where packaging, labeling and inspection requirements are set by the retailer rather than negotiable at the end.
Cycle counts, temperature range, retail packing requirements — bring the criteria and we will build the test plan and the line around them.
