Core capability

Most customers do not need our machine list — they need to know whether their part fits, whether the material is in range, and whether we can hold the volume. That is what this section answers; the tables below are for the engineers who do want the detail.

This page lists the equipment at our Vietnam plant in Bac Ninh, across two molding halls and the assembly, packaging and quality areas that sit beside them. Our Dongguan plant in China handles design, tooling, injection and export production as well; its equipment is not itemised here.

Everything listed is equipment we operate ourselves. Processes handled by partner suppliers — including CNC machining, stamping and aluminum die casting — are not listed here and are not presented as in-house capacity.

  • Injection molding29 machines across two halls — 27 horizontal, 2 vertical. Haitian MA series from MA860 to MA3600, plus a Victor VR550 servo-hydraulic machine. Clamping force from 35 to 550 tons.
  • Molds318+ existing and proprietary molds. Mold design, trial, revision and acceptance stay under our own process control.
  • Process control18 mold temperature controllers, mold cooling, 25 hopper dryers and rotor dehumidifying dryers for engineering materials.
  • Automation18 swing-arm take-out robots and 28 vacuum hopper loaders across the molding floors.
  • Assembly & joiningUltrasonic and high-frequency welding, heat staking, riveting, automatic screw driving, dispensing, pad printing, hot stamping and fiber laser marking.
  • PackagingCase sealing, band sealing, carton labelling, barcode printing and verification — retail-ready packing on the same line.
  • TestingSalt spray, UV yellowing, temperature and humidity cycling, electromagnetic vibration, abrasion, insertion-cycle life, push-pull force and XRF screening in our own laboratory.
  • Charging productsFast-charge protocol load testing and automatic fast-charge testers for wireless charging and powered accessories.
  • Measurement2D vision measuring system, digital calipers, micrometers, height gauges, gauge blocks and Go/NoGo thread gauges.
