IQC
Incoming Quality
Control
After all incoming materials have been accounted for, it is placed in the IQC area for the quality control personnel to examine and document.
Initial
Product Inspection
The first product of production is assessed by the quality control department and sent back to the production unit if approved.
IPQC
In-Process
Quality Control
IPQC inspections are conducted as scheduled according to code, and all results are documented.
FQC
Final Quality
Control
After the final product is produced, FQC inspection is conducted according to the inspection SOP guidebook and quality control policies, and cross referenced with the engineering drawing and sample. All results are documented and approved by the head of Quality Control.
OQC
Outgoing
Quality Control
The last step of quality control, here we inspect the appearance, structure, size, parts, and quantity of the product, along with the packaging, tags, and barcodes. The results of ROHS and other inspections are also documented on the OQC report.
