Comart Corporation was founded in 1994. We design, develop, and manufacture plastic accessories, and also provide distribution services. Our headquarters is located in New Taipei City, Taiwan, and our factories are located in Dongguan, China, and Bac Giang, Vietnam. We have 250 employees worldwide.
We specialize in Original Design Manufacturing of mobile accessories for companies around the world. We are the leading firm in the mount industry, with a professional team capable of handling everything from product design, R&D, and tooling design, to manufacturing, assembly, and logistics. We have earned many awards for our designs and the quality of our work, and we also have our own brand of mobile accessories, peripower.
Because Comart has strong abilities in design and production, in recent years we have been expanding our products. Apart from car mounts, we also make other car accessories and lifestyle products. Our HM2 Auto Hand Sanitizer Dispenser has long been the number one selling hand sanitizer dispenser in Taiwan, and during the pandemic, we also established our own healthcare device brand, HM Plus.
In the future, we hope to continue to strengthen Taiwan’s design and management capabilities, connect resources in Asia, and bring Taiwan to the center of the international stage.

1994
The company was established in Muzha, Taipei
Comart Corporation was established. Entered the mobile device accessories industry, and became an industry pioneer.
1999
Invest factory in China
Established a joint venture with Eternal Gain Plastics in Guangdong Province, China and lay the foundation for manufacturing.
2005
Established peripower brand
After established peripower's own brand, we began to focus on the development of car mounts, and gradually became Taiwan's leading brand of mobile phone mounts for cars.
2007
Purchased headquarters office in Taipei
Purchased the first office located on the 3rd floor, No. 12, Lane 235, Baoqiao Rd, Xindian Dist., New Taipei City. The business began to grow steadily.
2008
Awarded multiple invention awards
Awarded The Top 10 Excellent Inventors in Taiwan and the gold medal of 2008 Taipei International Invention Show & Technomart. Our strong R&D ability is recognized with these prestigious awards in Taiwan.
2011
Merged with factory in China
Completed the merger with Dongguan Eternal Gain Plastics Co.,Ltd. and became an enterprise which vertically integrated production and sales. Provide a complete one-stop service from design, development, production to sales.
2014
Won domestic and international product awards
Rewarded iF design award, COMPUTEX d&i awards and gold metal of National quality award. Development and design achievements have been recognized by international awards.
2015
Add agency business
Began to act as an agent of international brands, becoming a three-in-one enterprise system of OEM, OBM, and agency.
2016
The 19th Rising Star Award
Won the 19th Rising Star Award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and was recognized for our excellent business performance.In the same year, we entered the top 300 enterprises in the national trade industry. Our export performance was outstanding, and leading the industry.
2018
The 27th National Award of Outstanding SMEs
Won the the 27th National Award of Outstanding SMEs from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, with stable and prosperous operations, sound operation management, and a model of corporate benchmarks.
Won the 11th 100 MVP Managers.
2019
Set up Vietnam factory
Established Comart Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Bac Giang Province, Vietnam, to strengthen the manufacturing globally and developing market layout.
Rewarded the 42nd Model of Entrepreneurs award, and the outstanding entrepreneurial spirit has been recognized by all walks of life.
2020
Established the HM Plus brand
Established our own brand HM Plus for professional medical care products, creating a second growth curve for the company.
2022
Rewarded the Taiwan SMEs Innovation Award
HM3 automatic alcohol dispenser won the 29th Taiwan SMEs Innovation Award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Our continuous innovation and improvement has been recognized.
